Cannot get WampServer run

Hi, I just installed WampServer on Win7 system. & I see WampServer logo on the taskbar is ORANGE color.

I can run MySQL but when I click Apache and test the port 80 it says its been used by MICROSOFT-IIS/7.5. How to change the port number of either Apache or IIS. I dont know what I use IIS for since its just a client machine. Is it good to use Apache in another port. Please provide the steps on how to do it.

no you should stop IIS.

you will find instructions in the forum or on the web. its common.

Ok, Thanks found the solution by changing the port of Apache from http.d to 8181.

like i said - thats not a solution.

go and stop IIS and let apache use port 80
