No access via LAN

Hello,

I have Wamp 2.2 running on Windows 7 x64. Wamp seems to run fine when accessed from the server, but I can't make a connection with anything from my lan.

I added a Listen line for the server's ip in httpd.conf, which didn't help. Server is online, I can ping the machine from anywhere else on the network no problem. Turned off Windows Firewall, no help. Changed "Deny from all" to "Allow from all" in httpd.conf.

Any ideas? I have many sites in my localsite folder, which is set as the DocumentRoot. Just getting to the index.php in the main folder would be fine, no need for Virtual domains for each site.

Bewildered, this setup ran fine for a couple of years, then I changed HDs and Wamp has become the most problematic program I run. Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

thanks!

Put everything back exactly the way it was in the httpd.conf

It's really important that you get it exactly the same

Then just left click wamp > put online

Steve,

I wish it were so simple, but Wamp was online before any .httpd.conf changes.

Used Revo to totally get rid of Wamp, reinstalled with the usual changes to httpd.conf (docRoot, etc), everything works fine.

Not sure what that is all about, as all of the config now is exactly the same as before, but it works so I am not complaining.

Thanks,

Rick
