WampServer

I am a new user and trying to learn php using wamp at my local machine.
and using some video tutorial form youtube to learn php. I am not able to find the browscap.ini file in the wamp.
Please help me regarding this .
I have searched the php directory but found nothing.

That is not a file that is supposed to come with WAMPServer or APache or MySQL or PHP. Download a version of that file from here [browscap.org]
