new installation, same problem

hallo wamp users,
i had a problem with wamp (could not access local host, phpmyadmin, SQLliteManager
or any pages in my site) so i un-installed it and re-installed wamp 1.5.0.c which is also returning the same error "http 400 bad request". funnily, when i use 127.0.0.1 i can access the local host page.
what is the matter with my installation or what other i.p addresses can i use to solve my problem?
