WampServer

Hi folks.
I've updated my index.html, but when I access it from the web I get an old page every time.
Even when I use local host from the menu I get the old page.
If I open index.html directly all is fine.
I uninstalled and reinstalled wamp.

Can anyone help?

Sorry, forgot to say.
If I use localhost in my browser, I get the old page.

I've also cleared the 2 different browser's cache

First can you check that when you saved the changes to index.html the file did not get renamed as index.html.txt

Make sure you have the you have UNCHECKED the this option "Hide extensions of known file types" in Explorer's Folder Options.


If this is the error then you really need to get a semi decent editor and stop using notepad. Try downloading Notepad++, it good and free.
