HEllo ,is there anyway to install cpanel ,so when i go to: www.mydomain.com/cpanel ,to redirect on cpanel ?

but there is with money ,i want free ?

CPanel not a free product and I do not recommend a version you might get from a dodgy download site as afterall this sort of software is likely to have complete control of your server,site(s) and you dont want to get a copy that has been through the hands of a hacker like yourself.
