WampServer

Hey guys i been trying everything but i am not able to make wamp server working
It show me an orange color on the wamp icon.
i am using windows xp sp3, and wampserver2.2c-x32
in the past i was able to get it to work and did a format about half year ago and now i can't get it to work.
So it is not skype, skype not working i don't have xampp installed in my computer, i don't have firewall and i can't enter even when my antivirus is off (i am using Avira)
When i restart the computer and write on cmd
netstat -aon | findstr :80
i don't get nothing until i open firefox so i don't think it is that as well.
I was able to get it to show online few time but the color was still orange and the localhost didn't worked and i don't think it was really online when it is online and i try to make it offline i get this message:

then when i close and enter wamp again i still have the orange color but instead of online it show offline when i try to make it online i get that error again.
I tried everything and i have no idea what else can i do it is not close ports on my router because i have windows 7 as well and it works in there.
Just can't get it to work on xp is there anything i can do to make it work?

Ok was able to find a solutionseems like it was Enable LMHOSTS Lookup problem
