WampServer

I've updated to the latest WAMP server just yesterday. I want to replicate my server's PHP, Apache and MySQL version numbers on my localhost machine. PHP version 5.3.10 was the one that my server is using. I've also downloaded and installed Apache 2.2.3 from the wampserver website. I couldn't find the MySQL install for the version I need in the wamp website, so I downloaded the versions from here

I've extracted the archive to the wamp\bin\mysql folder. Is there anything I need to change so that it can be incorporated into the WAMP installation? I've looked around the forum and nobody had any clear instructions on how to proceed.
