Skype uses port 80 and stops the server from starting

There is a config option in SKYPE to tell it not to use port 80 and 443.

SKYPE -> Tools -> Options -> Advanced -> checkbox labeled "Use port 80 and 443 as alternate......"

UNCHECK that checkbox and restart SKYPE.

All should then be well.
