How to install Zend and Ioncube Loader in WAMP?

Hello guys.
I need help to install the Zend Optimizer and Ioncube Loader on my WAMP.
My Wamp:
Version: 2.2c
Apache: 2.2.21
PHP: 5.3.9
MySQL: 5.5.20
I've tried to follow the installation instructions for them. But an script that use zend continues to show the warning that does not have the ZO installed. And the same with another script that uses Ioncube.
So if you know how to install correctly, please teach me.
