Cannot view my website on the web server

I install wamp server 2.2d on my web server which has Microsoft server 2003 install. I can view the website on the sever but I cannot view the website on the clients. I ping the server and I got responds. Why I cant see the website I upload on the web server?

1. Have you put the server Online.

Wamp manager -> Put Online

2. Have you opened port 80 on the server machine ( or whichever port you have Apache Listening on )
