I am about to make the leap from Win XP 32-bit to Win7Pro 64-bit. Wampserver, a great server by the way, is used only as localhost and I have quite a lot of data in the current file system. The question is this. When I get the new computers in, download the 64-bit Wampserver; will I have a problem when I populate the www with the old 32-bit files? If so, can I do anything to prepare? I realize this is likely a really basic question (and perhaps a moot point) but I am only going to have a narrow window to get all of the Win7 up and running on the fly.
Excellent---Thank you so much for your input. (And I just knew I would get an of course for that one) but I like to be sure since I have been stuck in 32-bit for too long.
