Changing Over Wampserver

I am about to make the leap from Win XP 32-bit to Win7Pro 64-bit. Wampserver, a great server by the way, is used only as localhost and I have quite a lot of data in the current file system.
The question is this. When I get the new computers in, download the 64-bit Wampserver; will I have a problem when I populate the www with the old 32-bit files? If so, can I do anything to prepare?
I realize this is likely a really basic question (and perhaps a moot point) but I am only going to have a narrow window to get all of the Win7 up and running on the fly.

Thanks you in advance.

Use 32bit wamp.

The 64bit Islas very few extensions built for it

Excellent---Thank you so much for your input. (And I just knew I would get an of course for that one) but I like to be sure since I have been stuck in 32-bit for too long.
