What happened to go_pear.bat?

Hey,
There used to be a bat file in C:\wamp\bin\php\phpX.X.X called go_pear.bat which you use to install PEAR. Where has it gone? How am I supposed to install PEAR now because the installer over at [pear.php.net] doesn't work?

try to use [pear.php.net]
