Windows 8 DP localhost not working?

Has anyone ran into this issue where in Windows 8 Developer Preview you can't access the WAMP server by using localhost?
I have edited c:/Windows/System32/drivers/etc/hosts and I have the line: 127.0.0.1 localhost
I can't seem to be able to use localhost, which is kind of annoying.
For now I am just using 127.0.0.1
