Hardware/Software requirements for WAMP server

Could someone guide me on the Ideal Hardware and Software (OS) requirements for WAMP server for development.

a PC with 150mb of space and an admin account.

It also depends on the traffic requirements of the site(s) we intend to run on the WAMP server in question.

Well I think that WinXP or Vista would be just fine... it probably can handle WAMP .
