WampServer

I get this message when going to localhost8080/phpmyadmin/ : #1045 - Access denied for user 'root'@'localhost' (using password: YES)

also when i want to use mysql console it demands a password , and when I enter pass ic says access denied.
I tried changing config file, my-ini file in mysql and config-inc.php in phpmyadmin folders
I followed some topics about this problem but i wasn't be able to fix this problem.
