error message when starting a program with wamp

Sometimes when I go to start a program like (phpmyadmin) or a app like wordpress using
Quote

localhost/wordpress or localhost/phpmyadmin

I get the following Message:

"There was a problem sending the command to the program"

So far this has not caused a problem that I am aware of. I just click OK and go on or just ignor it. Was wondering what is causing this error to be displayed. I am using the latest unoffical version of wamp in it's own partition and windows 7
