WampServer

Hi,

my computer was the subject of a malicious attack yesterday which locked up my computer.
After having to pay Dell to remotely clear my computer, my Wamp server will not start.
Selecting 'Restart All Services' I get the following error:

Could not execute menu item(internal error)[Excecption] Could not perform Service
action: The service has nor been started

I have tried downloading and re-installing Wamp but still nothing. I assume some
required files must have been removed as part of the clean up. Can someone please
offer some advice as to how I might solve this problem.
