Can't Access site except localhost

Hello there... I have a weird problem with my Joomla installation and WAMP. I can access only the site from [localhost]. If I try 127.0.0.1, 192.168.1.X, or my public internet address I got this in firefox...

The page isn't redirecting properly

Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.

I have "Put Online" the server and port forward the port through my router of course. any thoughts?

definitely it doesnt sound like a server issue, but instead a .htaccess issue with joomla
