Testing website problems

Hi folks!
I have never used WampServer before and could do with a little help. I have used Xampp for sometime , but just recently I keep getting errors and had enough...
OK! the install went oK an I loaded my sites that I work on with Dreamweaver. I have a little guest book script that I found and it worked well in xampp, but I am getting an error with a page showing the form one fills in to post in the guestbook and that is in green. I would load an image, but you don't have that here.
Anyway, the page is php and the error is showing the form as stated but wont load the index.php file that is should.
There is no database, so I am not sure how to proceed to fix this, so I can test my site before upploading to my host server...
Can someone give me some ideas, please.
