WampServer

Hello - I searched the forum for an answer, but couldn't find anything.

I've enabled cURL correctly (at least I can use it within PHP scripts without problems), but I can't work out how to run it from the command line in Windows.

Which directory do I start in?
I've tried:
c:\
c:\wamp\bin\php\php5.3.5\
c:\wamp\bin\php\php5.3.5\ext\

Any ideas? Or is the command line version not included with WAMP 2.1?
