WampServer

Hi so I used to use wamp server and zapto.org as a host redirector a couple months ago and everything worked fine. I recently got a new router and started working on a site and whenever I enter my wan\public ip it edirrects me to my router, realized I didn't portforward port 80 and when I do that it just continuiosly loads and times out and yes I mean the 99.xxx.xx.x adress not 192.168.0.x. So I also tried changing the port wampserver usies by going into apache and changing that httpd or wever from 80 to many different ports, I even reinstalled wamp. The only thing that's different from a couple months ago is my router and I upgraded to a 100gig data plan.

Windows 7 64 bit
Not sure what router forgot turned off my comp after all this frustration (smc network) just google smc rogers

That's about it any sugestions?
