I run php -i but never find ssl suport?

I am trying to use the streaming api (twitter) but I have try all the stuff that says on internet but nothing works, I dont know why, I enable ssl suport in php ini, also I run php -i but I never find the line thats says

when I run the script It always print a message that says Phirehose: TCP failure 1 of 20 connecting to stream: Unable to find
the socket transport "ssl" did you forget to enable it when you
configured PHP, I dont know what to do??
