OTRS, Testlink and WAMP.. WAMP server not online

Hi! All,
I have installed OTRS in Windows server then installed WAMP for Testlink..
Everything works fine once did LDAP setup for Testlink.. i could not able to launch Testlink.
WAMPserver is RED under system tray and WAMPserver-offline.
OTRS post is 80 and testlink port is 78. How can resolve this issue..
while "Put online" message ststing that "Could not execute menu item (internal error) [Exception] Could not perform service action: The requested control is not valid for this service"
