Troubles with ssl_mod.so

Hi!
I am using WAMP Server 2.2 64bit and I'd love to turn on SSL. I did everything just like it is said to in [guides.jlbn.net] (with changing path names and so on of course
). When I try to turn on Apache ssl_module i get wamp server stopped (Yellow Icon). Nothing can change that except for turning on ssl_module. When I tried running httpd on my own I get an error "Cannot load ssl_mod.so into server". File exists and everything seems to be configured just fine. Where is that error from? How to deal with it?
