WampServer

I'm new to wamp (and servers in general).
I have installed Wamp 2.2a 64bit version on Windows 7

When I run wamp I immediately receive an error that "PHP CLI has stopped working"
Under problem details it says:

Trying to run php-win.exe in compatability mode or running the compatability troubleshooter does not fix this.

Wamp is in my system tray as a red icon "saying that 0 out of 2 services running - server offline"

I have also closed Skype and other im type apps

search your pc for "php.ini" and delete any that are not in the wamp folders
