Can't get interbase.dll to load

I installed the extension and turned it on in the system tray.
I get:
Warning
PHP Startup: Unable to load dynamic library 'c:/wamp/bin/php/php5.3.5/ext/php_interbase.dll' - The specified module could not be found.
Made sure it was uncommended in the PHP.ini that is found in the system tray as well.
