Switch from 64 to 32 bit version

I have problem with ioncube in 64bits version, so I want now to switch it to 32bit version.
I would like to know what is the easiest process..... I want to keep the php.ini,httpd.conf,my.conf +database+ projects files. I have made many changes and I don't want to lose my configuration
My first idea was to keep backup the above files and install (overwrite) the 32bit version but seems it bad idea. (probably it will leave many usefulness files)
So...what do you suggest?

NEVER INSTALL A NEW RELEASE OF WAMPServer over an existing installation
