WampServer

hello forum,

i am on w7.

with a lot of work i succeeded in putting wamp server online.



today i went to put it online and it did not work.

i shut off anti virus(avast), and firewall(comodo)--still did not go online.

i do have iis but i usually stop that before using wamp,
but just in case i went to control panel and turned iis off
in the windows feature.

also my isp is att which does not block port 80, like i said it worked before.
80 is port forwarded on the router.

i could reinstall, but i was hoping someone here could help.

even though i have forwarded port 80 on at&t.
i double checked with at&t and they are not blocking port 80.

after research and going to a port check site they are not seeing my site(ip)
on port 80.

for the life of me i can not think what is blocking it,
after turning off comodo and avast, and i do not use skype.

i did a netstat command and saw nothing on port 80.

i have still have not uninstalled and reinstalled wamp server-version 2.2,
i do not mind doing that but i am thinking the problem lies elsewhere.

any help?
