Wampserver too slow in Windows 8.1

Hello I'm working whit Wampserver 2.2 in Windows 8.1 (solid Hd and 8gb of RAM), I made WorkPress web page, but the server is very slow, each request takes about 8 seconds to answer, I made all the changes that puts on this site but have not obtained improvement: [ineed.coffee]

Can you help me? I'm a little nervous. Thank You

I changed the power settings to "high performance", but this is not a laptop, and there has been no improvement. I will look to optimize SSD performance hd. Any other suggestions?
