testmysql.php will not run in internet explorer

I am new to php, i downloaded wampserver to my computer which is running windows 7 64bit, the index php works, but when i try the testmysql.php in internet explorer it says "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage", can anyone tell me what might be the problem?
