Keep getting Error

I am a new member/user.
I went ot the search to see if this problem has been recorded previously but keep getting an error message there.
I have downoaded and installed Wampserver.
I go to the tray icon click it it opens, i then click put online. I get the message " Could not execute menu item(internal error)(Exception) Could not perform service action: The service has not been started"
I have rebooted my pc still the same. I have removed Wampserver and reinstalled it still the same. any suggestions as to what is going on here please.
My OS is windows 7, I tried the x64 version as my PC is X64, that did not work so uninstalled cnd removed wampserver then tried the X32 version exactly the same problem.. HELP!!!

Have just had a read of some of the other articles on the Forum, they all metion about not having Skype running, so I quit mine and then it was all ok. So Problem Sorted
