WampServer

Hi folks,
long use WAMP and I am satisfied, but now I installed WAMP on Windows 7 and I came across a problem.

Everything goes wrong, is not a problem with (PHP, MySQL, Apache), but if you run the same web project on WinXP so for elements such as headers gray background.

When the same web project run on Win 7 as behind the head no.

On both PC (XP and Win 7) is all the same:
The same version of WAMP, the same project (web), the same browser, just different OS.

Tested on most browsers: FireFox 4.0.1, IE 8, Chrome, and Opera 11.50

You do not have someone with experience?
Did you manage to somehow remove it?
