The procedure entry point OCIPing could not be located in the dynamic link library OCI.dll

I find it suprising as I've commented all the extensions out of my PHP.ini file. I am using an old 5.2.3 version though. Are there any other locations that would make references to Oracle stuff? I won't be using Oracle.
