WAMPSERVER is not strating

Good day, yesterday i've installed wampserver on my new pc succefully, and it worked fine, but today, when i'm trying to start it i see:
server is disabled.
I tried to reload all services, but it doesn't help.
I use "WampServer Version 2.2", connection to db by navicat is working, but when i try to go to localhost, it doesn't working.

When i'm trying to start apache server thru the apache monitor , i see: the requested operation has failed!

Founded solution. Skype blocked 80 port.
