phpmyadmin shows forbidden message.

My wamp server shows the following message in browser. I have installed both IIS & XAMPP beside WAMP.
"Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /phpmyadmin/ on this server."
What will be the fixing process in this regard? Is anyone there to suggest or fix?
