New verion not working on XP

Hello,
I have installed new version on clear copy of Windows XP and its not running. After I double click on deskop icon, i can see only an error report and after clicking 'dont send' its not running at all
My Windows XP is with SP3 32bit
Just to add, previously I had different version for half a year and it was working well
