very worried about mysql password.......

I recently found out how to upload my DB on this site - great.
Now I find myself really worried about getting the ball rolling. If I go into 'privileges' on myadmin I get this:
User Host Password Global Priv Grant
cl 127.0.0.1 Yes All Priv Yes
cl localhost Yes All Priv Yes
root localhost Yes All Priv Yes
I can't find or remember what the password was ! This has surely got to cause a problem in the upload process....?
My other worry is, will people using my website get problems when they try to use the database from a remote server ? Do I need to add something to the privilege set to allow external access ?
I know this might come across as really dim but the password, privilege thing is really worrying me. I've just ordered my web space but I'm too scared to move without getting some advice about the above.
