vBulletin on Localserver

Hello, i have the last version of WAMP Server running on my pc. And i wanna put a forum online in the localmachine, using vBulletin.
I can install this forum, but when i go to a thread, user profile, or usercp i got an error...

Mistake of codification of content
The page that it is trying to visualize cannot appear because a format of compression uses not valid or not admitted.

What Steven meant that vBulletin is a paid script so you should check w/ its developers or forums for support winking smiley
