[2.0] Nothing will connect to the webserver except 127.0.0.1

For some reason Wamp has been playing up, I reinstalled etc. but the problem still stands.
Basically nothing will connect to the server, unless I type 127.0.0.1 in the address bar, not even localhost will work. I tried connecting with my iPhone to my local IP address (Connected through wifi) and the connection times out.
It isn't the fact that the server has been 'put offline', The server is definately online and when I click the icon in the task bar for windows it says 'Put offline' instead of 'Put online', which is irritating.
What could be the problem? netstat -ao points to the httpd.exe (Apatche).

PROBLEM HAS BEEN FIXED! MY FIREWALL RESET IT'S CONFIGURATION RECENTLY WITHOUT NOTIFYING ME. I'M GOING TO LEAVE THIS POST HERE IN CASE OTHERS HAVE SIMILAR PROBLEMS. I ADDED THE PORTS 80 TCP & UDP to windows firewall, Including the apatche service found in wamp\bin\apatche--.--.-\bin\httpd.exe
