Wamp no start, before working normally

Hello,
I have been working with wamp normally, but turned off the pc and do not start wamp, the icon is red color.
Wamp x 64 bits on win 7
On viewer event no show apache service.
Can you help me please!

Hi riaggo,
It sounds like something changed on your system. Have you upgraded Windows recently?
Make sure that the wampapache and wampmysqld services are still registered with windows by checking the services viewer
Windows Key + R
Keyin = services.msc
Press OK button
Look for 2 services, one called wampapache and the other called wampmysqld or wampmysqld64
Do they exist?
