WordPress installation

Hi I'm using wamp 2.1 beta while installing wordpress configuration file i have an error while estableshing connection with data base
my local host address is
127.0.0.1:81 or localhost:81
my Data Base name is wordpress so while installing wordpress configuration
i put those info
Dbname : Wordpress
Id : root
Host of DB: localhost:81
prefix de la table wp_
I click on validate button and it takes very very long time as uploading but no results help please
