WampServer

I'm using Windows 7 x64 with a freshly downloaded copy of WampServer 2.1d (64 bits)

I'm an Admin user on my home machine.

I have no firewall enabled
I do not have IIS installed

Previously ran Wamp 5 but this was removed entirely months ago.

When the install has finished and I opt to launch the server I get the orange indicator in my system tray, it's saying I have 1 of 2 services running, also get an error message advising...

CLI has stopped working.

I can right and left click on the wamp server icon in the system tray but I do not get a menu pop-up to be able to do anything with the services and actually have to terminate the wampmanager process to get out.

Any ideas?
