MySQL 5.0.92

I see from the WAMP downloads page that the latest of the MySQL 5.0 series is 5.0.88 but I have a requirement for 5.0.92. Can a 5.0.92 package be created please?

I've managed to download 5.092 for Windows in a zip file from [dev.mysql.com] but have no idea how to make it work, even after reading the suggestions in the WAMP FAQ.

Would anyone know how exactly to get it to work and if I've downloaded the right version for WAMP.

I'm trying to get it all to work on a virtual dev W2K3 Server.

ye i know how to build the addons.. but im not building it for one person... takes a while

maybe i could instead get it working on your machine for you..

do you have teamviewer?

Thanks for the offer of help Steven. However, I'd like to be able to repeat an install of MySQL 5.0.92 myself if need be in future and it wouldn't be fair or practical to ask you to do it everytime for me.

Are there any easy to follow instructions anywhere on how to create the addons? I'm prepared to have a go myself and then post the addon back here for others to re-use should they need it.

I am in need of MySQL 5.0.92 for Windows (7 and 2008 R2, both 64bit) as well.

Would you mind sharing this compile with me?!? I would like an x64 compile, but will be greatful for either.
