WampServer

I net PHPUnit Tests so i have do install first PEAR. For the PHPUnit i have to install PEAR with version 1.9.2 not the Version what is currently comes with the Wamp PHP 5.3.5! So i go to the PEAR Homepage an Download the new go-pear.phar file and but it in the PEAR folder.

Next i like do install with this command:
php -d phar.require_hash=0 PEAR/gopear.phar



The installation fails with errors:
