WampServer

I am using WampServer 2.1 on Windows XP 5.1 SP 3. I am using Flash to upload multiple files and have set php.ini to allow single files up to 100 MB to be uploaded. However it appear that the total size of all the files to be uploaded cannot exceed 300 MB. For example, it the files are 50 MB, I cannot upload more than 6 at a time. Is there a way to increase this limit so that I can upload more of these files at once?
