Can't View Any Sites Outside Network

When I enter the IP from within the network, I get the default page. When I do the same outside of the network, I get page cannot be displayed. I've forwarded port 80 on the router and also in the windows firewall. What else am I missing?

Maybe your ISP don't allow you to use port 80
