Changing of password issues

Any time i change my root password in PHPMyadmin , there is always an error message.Can someone tell me what to do.

You should setup Backup right after setup Wamp successful, so you can go back if something wrong later
To setup Backup, follow this

To setup Password, follow this

To setup Website w/ Wamp, follow this
[blog.jlbn.net]

To setup Database Account, follow this
[blog.jlbn.net]

I have wampserver 2 installed on my computer. But when I open localhost in my firefox browser, it denied it,dis actually happened to one of my frnd,i dnt knw why.what can i do to resolve this.
