If you ask that question here, I recommend you download and install this Wamp instead since it's required more than just programming skill to build WAMP package; if still insist, you can start by compiling Apache, NOT download and install Apache, but compile it, then test by install it in vary systems/manufacture such as HP, Dell, IBM..., or to be exact on varous MOBO... on various OS such as XP, Vista, Win7, Server 2003, Server2008... including x86 and x64... if success then move on to compile PHP, testing... then MySQL, more testing... then you can start to think about how to combine them all in one
