new install
four eventvwr errors:
all eventID: 3299
four errors are:

(OS 10013)An attempt was made to access a socket in a way forbidden by its access permissions. : AH00072: make_sock: could not bind to address [::]:80 .

problem solved... i typed the following at the command prompt:

net stop was /y

(this command is for win 7 or vista)

this was to stop microsoftt IIS from using port 80... hope this helps someone else....
